Celebrating Over 36 Years of Service

Beginning my career as a nail technician, I had the wonderful opportunity to meet many new clients. Soon I realized these clients were looking for more than just a service. I developed relationships, understanding the underlying need of personal well-being and integrated other services in order to meet my clients' growing demands.

The Polished Look then began its journey to become the very first Spa in the greater New Bedford area. The Polished Look began as a small nail and tanning salon located above a garage on Acushnet Avenue in New Bedford. In a period of eleven years our business grew and moved across the street to a bigger salon. As our clientele expanded, yet again, we out grew our location and moved to our current location, 865 Ashley Boulevard, New Bedford, Massachusetts.

We now offer a full array of services including Nails, Hair and Waxing. Additionally, our staff accommodates a full range of bridal services in preparation for your big day or corporate events.
